Is it really free?

What does “bring your own key” mean?
Dustav runs on an AI model. You connect your own Anthropic (Claude) API key, so the AI runs under your account — you’re in control, and we’re never standing between you and the model. Setup takes a minute; we’ll point you to the right page.
How much does the AI actually cost me?
You pay your provider directly for what Dustav uses — it depends on which model you choose and how much you chat. You can set spending limits in your provider’s dashboard, and check your key status anytime in settings.
Is my data private?
Yes. We encrypt your key, we don’t train on your conversations, we don’t sell your data, and there are no ads. And the glass box means you can read everything Dustav knows about you — nothing’s hidden, by design.
