1. What Dustav.com is

Dustav.com is an AI agent that works your business inbox — it reads your email, drafts the replies you send, keeps your books, files your mail, and tracks the dates that matter, all as readable pages you can inspect at any time. The AI is a large language model that we run on your behalf. Dustav.com is a software service; its output is generated by an AI model, not a real person, and is not a substitute for professional advice.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, and you use Dustav.com for a business or professional purpose. By using it you represent that you meet this requirement, that the information you give us is accurate, and that you have the authority to connect any inbox and process the mail you bring to Dustav.com.

3. Your account

You’re responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your login secure. Dustav.com signs you in by emailed code, so keep access to your email address safe. Tell us promptly at hello@dustav.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

4. Access and onboarding

Dustav.com is currently invite-only, and we set up each business by hand so it reads your real inbox correctly before you rely on it. We may grant, decline, or revoke access at our discretion. As part of onboarding, ongoing support, and keeping the service working correctly, a member of our team may access your account and the email-derived data Dustav.com holds — for example to confirm it’s reading your inbox correctly or to diagnose a problem. By connecting your inbox, you consent to this access for those purposes. We keep it to what’s needed, and we never sell that data, use it for advertising, or train AI on it. This is described further in our Privacy Policy.

5. Connecting your inbox

When you connect your email, you authorize Dustav.com to read your mail and attachments, file messages into your labels, and send the replies you review and approve. You’re the one who sends: Dustav.com drafts and prepares, but a reply only goes out when you review it and choose to send, and filing is your reversible action. You’re responsible for the messages you send through Dustav.com and for having the right to connect and process the inbox you bring. You can disconnect at any time, which revokes our access and stops the reading (your data stays so you can reconnect); to remove the stored content, delete your account or ask us to delete your data.

6. Billing

Dustav.com is pay-as-you-go. There is no separate AI key to bring and no subscription — we run the AI for you, and you pay a metered rate for the work Dustav.com does (reading your mail, drafting your replies, and the like), drawn down from a prepaid balance you fund.

• Prepaid balance. You top up a balance through our payment processor; each piece of work draws it down at the metered rate. Your usage and cost are itemized in the app.
• Running out. When your balance runs low, Dustav.com pauses rather than running up a bill — it resumes when you top up. You’re responsible for keeping enough balance for the work you want done.
• Payments. Top-ups are processed by our third-party payment processor. We don’t see or store your full card details.
• Rates. We may change the metered rate; if we do, we’ll give notice, and the new rate applies to work done after it takes effect.
• Refunds. Except where required by law, prepaid balance is non-refundable and there are no credits for work already done. That said, we aim to be fair — if something went wrong, email hello@dustav.com. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

7. Your content

“Your content” means what you bring to Dustav.com and what it creates with you — the email it reads for you, your books, drafted replies, calendar entries, the facts it keeps, and your messages. You keep ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display it, and to send Anthropic the parts needed to generate a response, solely to provide the service to you. You’re responsible for your content and for having the right to share it with us.

8. Acceptable use

Please use Dustav.com decently and lawfully. You agree not to:

• use the service for anything illegal, or to harm, harass, threaten, defraud, or exploit anyone;
• connect an inbox you don’t control or lack authority over, or process mail you don’t have the right to process;
• use the service to send spam or bulk unsolicited mail, malware, or content that infringes others’ rights;
• attempt to break, probe, overload, or reverse-engineer the service, or bypass its security or limits;
• try to make the AI produce content that sexually exploits minors, facilitates serious violence, or gives instructions for weapons or other dangerous harm;
• impersonate someone else or misrepresent your affiliation.

Dustav.com has safety boundaries built in that we don’t remove on request. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

9. Not professional advice

Dustav.com may touch on legal, financial, tax, or other professional topics, but it is not a licensed professional and its output can be wrong. Don’t rely on it for decisions that need a qualified expert. Review what it drafts before you send it.

10. Availability and changes

Dustav.com is offered “as is” and “as available.” We’re a small team and the service may change, break, or go down. We may add, change, or remove features, and we may update these Terms; if we make material changes we’ll update the effective date and, where appropriate, let you know. Continuing to use Dustav.com after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from your settings — deletion is real and removes your associated data, including the email content Dustav.com stored. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service or others.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Dustav.com and Dustav.com disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or US $100. Some jurisdictions don’t allow these limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located there, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
