Getting in

Dustav is invite-only. What the first hour looks like, from sign-in to a working inbox.

Dustav is invite-only. We let in a small number of businesses at a time, so you get in by asking, not by signing up. If that's not you yet, request access: the form asks for the address you run the business on (Dustav reads Gmail and Google Workspace mail, so it has to be a Google one), what's eating your inbox, and a website or your Instagram so we can see the business. If you were referred, you already know the door.

Here's the first hour.

1. Sign in

Email code sign-in — enter your address, we email a short code, you type it back. No password to invent or forget. Your business is provisioned on the spot, with a starter credit already on the balance so the first stretch is on us. There's no questionnaire and no setup wizard — Dustav introduces itself and gets to work.

2. Meet it, connect Google

The first conversation is the setup. Dustav walks you through the few things it genuinely needs — what to call you, what the business is — and asks you to connect Google: Gmail, plus Google Calendar if you want your schedule handled. With your OK, it reads a little of your own sent mail to learn your voice — how you sign off, how formal you are — and shows you exactly what it learned for your confirmation before anything is saved.

Anything you skip, you can do later by just asking. Nothing gates you.

3. The first read

Pick how far back to read and whether to skip Gmail's Promotions and Social tabs, then hit Start reading. Dustav works through the backlog and your Inbox fills with operator cards — the noise passed over, the real mail decoded with replies drafted. This is the moment the product makes its argument: sit and watch it.

4. Then it's just running

From here Dustav reads new mail as it lands. Your job shrinks to the part that was always actually yours: read the card, fix what needs fixing, hit send. Teach it a workflow the first time you catch yourself retyping something; check what it's learned on Intelligence; book the dates it lines up.

One person, one Dustav

Dustav is single-player on purpose: one person, their inbox, their agent. A two-person shop is two accounts, and the sharing happens where it already lives — in Google. Share a Google Calendar between you and it mirrors into each of your Dustavs on its own; there's no roster to manage and no in-app invite, because Google already does that part well.
